What happens after the 14-day trial?
For 14 days your clinic runs on Growth — every feature, WhatsApp included. Then it lands on the Solo plan automatically. Patients, history and receipts stay untouched.
What happens when my WhatsApp quota runs out?
Patient messages pause — the clinic itself keeps working. A meter + nudge show where you are, and a ₹99–₹499 pack resumes instantly. Credits never expire.
Can I choose WhatsApp per message type?
Yes — Settings → Notifications switches bookings, tokens, cancellations, reminders, receipts and due-nudges individually. Emails (verify, resets, invites, invoices) are always on.
Can I add a second doctor?
Yes — that is the Growth trigger (₹1,499/month, 2–5 doctors). Until then, one doctor + unlimited receptionists covers a full OPD on Solo+.
Is my data kept after a downgrade?
Always. Downgrade only changes what you can do, never what we hold. Doctors added during the trial stay on the clinic — but the Solo plan runs one active doctor at a time; the rest resume when you upgrade.
