Clinic and patient records
Clinic and staff details (name, email, phone), and patient records (name, phone, date of birth, gender, health notes, appointments, and bills) entered by clinic staff on the platform.
Only to run the clinic
Queue and tokens, prescriptions and EMR history, appointments, billing, and appointment reminders. We never sell your data.
Appointments and reminders only
We use WhatsApp only for appointment messages and reminders, with your consent and the option to opt out. Prescriptions and other health details are never sent on WhatsApp, as required by WhatsApp policy.
Locked down, shared only when needed
Data is stored securely with access limited to your clinic's staff. Data resides in data centres in India (Mumbai region). We share data only with service providers we need to run the service (like hosting or payments), or when the law requires it.
Yours to access, correct, delete
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Patient records are owned and controlled by your clinic.
